Individuals who support large organizations in Workday, and some who don’t, may at times find it difficult to process their inboxes due to them containing a large number of items. The My Inbox report assists with this situation by providing a table view of all items in your inbox. Columns include, Business Process Event, Subject, Date and Time Initiated, and Due Date. You can sort and filter results, as with other Workday reports, or download to Excel. To access the report, enter My Inbox in the Workday search box.
