A new way to askUS for assistance is now available

askUS Support, already available by phone or email, adds a convenient web form to the ways customers across the UT community can reach out for assistance. The Contact askUS Support page now includes a web form for submitting questions to the support team.

To use the form, provide your name, UT EID, and email address, answer three questions to help the team investigate your issue, and submit. Remember to provide as much detail as possible to allow the team to conduct a faster and more thorough investigation of your issue.  

When you submit the form, your responses are transmitted to the askUS team's issue tracking system and placed in the queue for a response. You will then receive a response from askUS@austin.utexas.edu, confirming receipt of your request along with a ticket# (also referred to as an incident number). The team member assigned to your ticket will reach out to you using the email you provided with an answer or, if necessary, a request for more information.
