askUS Service Portal Issue Under Investigation

Some customers are reporting an error when attempting to respond to an email from askUS Support via the Service Portal by clicking the the blue View in askUS button or when visiting the askUS Service Portal landing page.

To avoid potential errors, you can respond to an issue by simply replying to the email response you received from askUS or submit new issues by sending an email to askus@austin.utexas.edu.

We are actively investigation this issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. We will remove the orange banner from the site, when the issue is resolved or update this entry with new information if necessary.
