On August 29, President Gregory L. Fenves announced in a communication to staff and faculty that the Administrative Systems Modernization Program (ASMP) will narrow scope to focus on the Workday HCM/Payroll implementation. All completed ASMP work is transitioning to owning units. President Fenves also announced the leadership is placing the Workday financial system implementation on hold in order to first modernize the university's business processes and goals for financial services. President Fenves has asked Senior Vice President and CFO Darrell Bazzell to lead a business process review and re-engineering project that will involve a redesign of core business practices, increase transparency, gain efficiencies and improve customer service. President Fenves also announced that the Workday HCM/Payroll implementation will go live in fall 2018.
